I don’t know how I lived without my eye pillow. My afternoon meditation has levelled up, I genuinely can’t wait each day until I get to lay down and relax with this on. Its helped me with the tension I carry in my neck and head tremendously.

Super lovely and soft, and the pattern is gorgeous! Stays warm for a long time, and is easy to heat up. Only thing I might do is change out the Velcro for some cotton ties, but that’s a personal preference!
