1. How do I care for my product?

Our eye pillows are filled with linseed and cannot get wet. To refresh them or remove any stains, use a damp cloth. Ensure the pillow is completely dry before storing it away.

When not in use, place the pillow in the provided case to keep it fresh. If you are placing it in the freezer to cool, use a zip-lock bag to protect the pillow.

When warming, place the pillow in a microwave and heat in 10-second increments. DO NOT place a hot pillow on your eyes; always check the temperature before use.

Our heat/cold bags are filled with lupin seeds and cannot get wet. To refresh them or remove any stains, use a damp cloth. Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing it away.

If you are placing it in the freezer to cool, use a zip-lock bag to protect the bag.

When warming large packs, place in a microwave and heat in 1-minute increments; for small packs, heat in 30-second increments. DO NOT heat for more than 2 minutes or place a hot bag on your bare skin; always check the temperature before use.

Since each of our products are handmade to order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request. We will do our best to prioritize your order and expedite the processing and shipping time, if possible.

Order Cancellation and Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@bloominghealthystudio.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved for a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If you are exchanging your item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible, and you will be responsible for any difference in price, as well as any additional shipping costs.
