USING YOUR PACK WARM

Step 1 — Check your microwave

Make sure the microwave tray is clean and completely dry.

Step 2 — Position your pack

Place the pack in the centre of the microwave.

Make sure:

  • No part of the pack touches the sides of the microwave.
  • The microwave tray can rotate freely.

Multi-Use Wearable Wrap:
Fasten the Velcro together and fold the wrap in half before heating.

Step 3 — Heat in short intervals

Large packs: Heat in 30-second intervals.

Small packs: Heat in 15-second intervals.

Remove the pack and shake it gently halfway through heating to help distribute the heat evenly.

When returning the pack to the microwave, turn or reposition it in the opposite direction/side.

Step 4 — Remove carefully

Use caution when removing the pack from the microwave, as it may be hot.

Step 5 — Allow to cool

Allow the pack to cool completely to room temperature before reheating or storing.

This helps prevent damage and extends the life of your pack.
